Feedback that matters

Members vote on pick dates, blend trials, label choices. You decide whether to take the input, but you hear it from people who've been in the cellar with you all year. It's the closest thing to a focus group that actually knows what they're tasting.

How hosting works.

    Apply

    Tell us about your vineyard, your wine, your capacity. Hectares, vintages under your belt, what you're already running on the cellar side. If we're a fit, we'll set up a call.

    Onboard

    We build your Crew page together, integrate your BarrelLogic data, and plan the calendar β€” verijuice window, harvest expectations, barrel-sample cadence, bottling. You approve the page before it goes live.

  3. 3

    Run the vintage

    You do what you already do. Members watch through BarrelLogic, taste through BarrelTaster, and weigh in on decisions when you open the floor. We handle the messaging infrastructure, the payments, and the fulfillment logistics.

    Deliver

    Bottles ship to members with your Crew attribution on the back label. You keep the relationship β€” members renew with you for the next vintage, or move up into a Block Commission if you open one.

The backend runs on BarrelLogic.

If you run BarrelLogic, every measurement your cellar already takes β€” brix, pH, temp, fermentation curves β€” becomes the Crew's live feed. You don't do extra work. The data your team captures for operations becomes the window your members look through.

Revenue share.

Platform share of gross

You set the Crew's price. SplitVineyards takes 15% of gross. That's it β€” no per-member fee, no listing charge, no setup cost.

Fulfillment (verijuice, post-ferment samples, barrel samples, finished bottles) is handled through BarrelTaster. We handle compliance, payments, and member communication infrastructure. You handle the wine.

Apply to host a Crew.

Applications take about fifteen minutes. If we're a fit, we'll schedule a call inside the week. We onboard a small number of wineries each season β€” we'd rather go deep with a few than thin with many.
