Refund & Cancellation
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Crew membership.
Before Confirmation (Within 72 Hours)
Full refund available if you cancel before your allocation is confirmed. No questions asked.
During Growing Season
If you need to cancel after confirmation:
- •Before budbreak: 90% refund
- •Before veraison: 50% refund
- •After harvest: No refund (costs already incurred)
Crop Loss Protection
In case of total crop loss due to natural disaster, frost, or fire, you'll receive either a full refund or credit toward a future vintage. Partial losses are managed by the winemaker to maintain quality.
Shipping & Insurance
Your bottles are handled with care from winery to doorstep.
Temperature-Controlled Shipping
All shipments use climate-controlled carriers to prevent heat or cold damage during transit.
Fully Insured
Every shipment is insured for its full value. If bottles arrive damaged, we'll replace them at no cost to you.
Adult Signature Required
All wine shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery for your security and legal compliance.
