A vineyard lease, not a wine purchase
A Block Commission is a lease of a specific block of vines at a working winery. Wine produced from your plot is allocated to you as personal consumption. SplitVineyards charges a $1/bottle completion fee at fulfillment to administer the allocation. We do not sell wine directly.
We hire and manage the vineyard labor, farm the vines, handle production logistics, and carry the regulatory compliance and licensing. You make the winemaking decisions and receive the wine your block produces.
