
In the winery's words
We make Sangiovese. Only Sangiovese. The hill faces southwest and the soil breaks between clay and galestro as you walk down the slope β each row tastes different. We age in large Slavonian botti because we want the fruit to stay in front.
The club gets two shipments a year β spring for Rosso and the younger Brunello, autumn for the Riserva. Members often tell us these shipments arrive in the only months when their cellar has space.
