In the winery's words
We farm 6.4 hectares across four parcels. My grandfather planted the oldest block in 1952 — those vines still make our best Gevrey. We pick by hand, ferment with native yeast, and age in barrels that are mostly four or five years old. No new oak. We don't filter.
Every shipment reflects what the year gave us. Some years that's four Pinots. Some years we include a Gamay from the higher parcel because it drinks beautifully young. The club is how we keep our best allocations with people who pay attention.
