In the winery's words
We farm at 1,800 feet. The fog stops below us, which means our Cabernet sees more sun than the valley floor and our nights are cooler. That's the formula for the wines we make — dense but never flabby, with tannins that need a decade to resolve.
Two shipments a year. Each is four bottles. One bottle is always from our reserve allocation, which never goes to restaurants.
