About
Giulio runs the family estate in La Morra with his brother. They farm 6 hectares of Nebbiolo across three crus and make one wine: Barolo. He trained under his grandfather and has not left Piedmont except to visit Burgundy once a year.
Philosophy
βTraditional Barolo. Long macerations, long aging in botti grandi, no barrique. My grandfather made wine this way. The market can move β the wine does not.β
